COMMEMORATING 60 YEARS OF NUMBER 43 TRELAWNEY PARK KWAMAGOGO

Loading...

Swaziland – 20-21 June 2025

The Masilela family, the Number 43 Trelawney Park KwaMagogo Foundation, and friends return to Swaziland to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Number 43 Trelawney Park. This is a historic home that served as a refuge and meeting place during South Africa’s liberation movement. Established in 1965, the house became a sanctuary for activists, leaders, and exiles, and is now recognised as a significant heritage site.

This milestone also marks the return of Number 43 Trelawney Park Legacy Events, after 2 years of being hosted/exiled in Parys, Free State. Over the years, the initiative has expanded to include events such as the 43inSA Golf Day in Pretoria and 43inSA in Cape Town, both held annually.
